Has a few great story missions. However multiplayer and mods is where it is at. Recommended that you try some of the many modded servers.. paid mods lol. they shall update the actual required PC specifications or they will continue on having people refund the game like me. I have over 6000 hours playing this game and once you get past the learning curve it is by far one of the best games I've ever played there's a couple servers that can be a little toxic but I mean every game has that.PS. the learning curve is huge. Very fun playing with friends and sometimes RP, but game runs like♥♥♥♥♥♥. Anyone here old enough to remember Operation Flashpoint that came out back in 2001? Well I had that back in the day and absolutely loved it and ARMA 3 is it's spiritual successor. Seeing online streams of this game along with DCS World were the kick up the backside I needed to save up and finally get a new PC after 10 or more years being strictly console gaming. When you first play, it instantly feels like Operation Flashpoint all over again but with more polished visuals. The size and scope of the maps, the amount of vehicles and the squad commands etc. This isn't as fast paced as Call of Duty or Battlefield. It's more of a sim. You have to actually plan and execute your missions carefully rather than just running in and shooting anything that moves. I haven't tried multiplayer yet as I'm still trying to get through all the campaigns and DLC first but if I have one major criticism, it's the A.I. I'm sure most of us are yet to play a game with 'perfect' A.I. but you'd think with all the years of experience Bohemia Interactive has with these games, that their A.I. programming skills would be a bit more seasoned. There's nothing more annoying than shooting from around the corner of a wall only to have an NPC squad member start doing the same thing from the same wall but right in front of your line of fire! You then fail the mission for friendly fire. Also, on some missions there's been incidents of squad members lagging far, far behind the rest of the group. When the the said member is given the order to 'regroup', he confirms the order but just goes prone on the ground and doesn't move at all. You quite literally have to go all the way back to his position before he get's back up and begins to follow you again. And that brings me to the menu/command system. Yes, there are lot's of commands which are laid out pretty much exactly the same as Operation Flashpoint's. I wasn't a fan of them then and I'm still not now. There surely has to be a more user friendly and efficient way of getting these commands into the game and for the user to implement them quickly and efficiently?Anyway, that's it. Is it worth getting? Yes. I think most PC gamers have this in their collection by now. It's a great game but the A.I. and menu/command system feel out-dated and they're what let's the title down ever so slightly for me personally. Other than that, enjoy!. This game is poppin but they really really want u to buy their DLC. I wasted credits on a vehicle via request support tab, tried to drive it and it wouldn't let me. A screen popped up telling me to buy the DLC in order to operate it as a crew member. Why even have it be spawnable if I can't drive it lmao-Arma 2 had more vehicles and content-AI in arma 3 is still♥♥♥♥♥but improved over Arma 2.-Voice acting is alot better in arma 3-Awesome scenery, Big maps-Ghillie suits in the game kind of look like nugs of weed-Seems to be optimized to a point, Lots of graphics options-Workshop compatibility-Immersive sounds just like arma 2-Working Bipods-More command options-Much better Editor-Faster loading times compared to Arma 2-Some interesting features and scenarios. Arma 3 is an amazing military sandbox game. I would recommend this to everyone who is into military simulation. Scenario creation is my favourite part of the game!. What do you say?# Controls. # Weapon Types: By the way, they aren’t as individualized as artifacts, but the various weapons available domestically have their own individual characteristics as well.I’ll tell you about them here.First off are “Fine Blades”.These include knives, rapiers, etc. Some fine blades have short blades, which are good for combo attacks. Each individual attack incurs low damage, but the number of rapid attacks possible is higher than other weapons. If you’re gonna use a fine blade, then it’s imperative to use an artifact that’ll let you take full advantage of multiple attacks together with it.Next up is “Long Blades”.This includes longswords, flamberges, etc.Long blades are really versatile.Attack power, blade length, combo attack ability, all the bases are covered with these. They’re so versatile that you can use them well with pretty much any artifact.Next, “Heavy Blades”.This includes weapons such as spears and halberds.Their biggest characteristic is their attack range. This also means that when backed into a corner, you’re kinda screwed. This characteristic is both a blessing and a curse. You’ll quickly realize that these have the widest attack range. So you’ll need to think of ways to use them in which you won’t get backed into a corner. For this, you’d do well to take advantage of artifacts that can disperse enemies, or those which can allow you to move quickly, those which provide auras, etc., and cover up your weak points.Last is “Broadaxes”.This includes axes and hatchets.Broadaxes are good for single-attack power and for dealing death blows. They have the highest attack power. However, in order to use this power properly, unlike other weapons, they must be wielded vertically. This means that the attack range isn’t so wide, but it’s good for knocking enemies out of the air.For broadaxes, you only need to think about how to best utilize their attack power.Combo attacks, death blows, the better you’re able to use them, the more power you’ll be able to wield.Take these facts into consideration when choosing weapons, and think about how you want to do battle, what sort of artifacts you possess, and what they can do for you when choosing a weapon.http://store.steampowered.com/app/675490/Artifact_Adventure_Gaiden/.
